SPEEDYFIL SP: INDUSTRIAL MANIPULATOR WITH BALANCER
The SPEEDYFIL SP industrial manipulator, featuring a double cable and simple gripping tools, makes handling light loads easy for users. Its middle joint makes it easy to handle throughout the working area.
Generally overhead mounted with double track system, it offers an easy translation in order to cover a long working area.
A pneumatic cylinder fed with compressed-air, combined with a transmission lever system, provides balance to the load weight applied.
The cylinder force is controlled through two pneumatic circuits. The first circuit always keeps the weight system balanced; the second always keeps the weight load balanced.
The operator can change the load level by applying a minimum force on the gripping tool or directly on the load.
Explosion-proof version in conformity with ATEX Directive
Dalmec can supply an explosion-proof version in conformity with the ATEX Directive, suitable for the installation of the manipulator in explosion-risk environment classified as zone 1 or 2.
The manipuatlors for the handling of bags and boxes equipped with electric pumps are included.
The certification is made in our plant by the qualified Engineer of a Notified Body according to the ann. IX 94/9/EC-ATEX Directive, which ensures the total conformity of the manipulator with the directive.
